Merlin franchisees honored


ST. CHARLES – Merlin 200,000 Mile Shops recently recognized 13 Merlin Franchisees with a We Care Service Award at its “Fuel The Force” 2018 conference held in St. Charles.

The We Care Service Awardis presented to shops that exemplify outstanding customer service and receive zero customer complaints. The franchisees recognizedfrom Illinos were Ron Gorecki of Algonquin, Chris Schultz of Aurora, Luis Olmos of Carpentersville, Jeff Strauss of Cary and Crystal Lake, Jeff McClearn of Downers Grove, Arun Patel of Hanover Park, Steve Golz of Montgomery, John Mieczkowski of Plainfield, Mike Geringer of St. Charles, Bob Morvice of Wheaton, and Dolph Young of Yorkville. Ashish Javer from Fayetteville, Georgia, was also recognized.

Merlin’s 2018 annual business conference was held at the Q Center and focused on operational, marketing and development successes and goals. An industry specific vendor trade show was held in conjunction with the conference to assist franchisees stay current with automotive technology and trends.
