Heartland bank hires new treasury management sales rep. in Plainfield

Heartland Bank and Trust Company recently hired a new assistant vice president of treasury management sales at its Plainfield location.

Jason Utter will take the position and serve Plainfield and its surrounding areas, according to a news release from the bank. Utter is located at the bank’s 14901 S. Route 59 location.

He is responsible for developing new business relationships and assisting existing business clients with their deposit and treasury management needs, the release said.

Utter has 12 years of financial industry experience, with a focus in business cash management services.

He graduated from Governors State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis.

Utter also served as sergeant in the Illinois Army National Guard for seven years. Originally from Frankfort, he now lives in New Lenox with wife, Lisa, and son, Nathan.
