The movie, according to the June 1968 article, was “Aroused.”
The International Movie Data Base website lists only one work released prior to 1968 with the title “Aroused.” It came out in 1966, was shot in black and white, and the plot, according to the site, goes something like this: “In Manhattan, prostitutes are being murdered by a psycho. A detective is assigned to track him down and bring him in.”
That doesn't sound so bad. But if it's the same movie, it ended up getting Princess Theater manager Aaron E. Tribbett thrown in jail on an obscenity charge.
