State Rep. Mark Batinick will host a telephone town hall for his House District 97 constituents to get their feedback on state issues.
The call will take place on Wednesday at 5 p.m. and the conversation will focus on local questions and concerns, according to a news release.
Residents of the 97th District will receive a phone call and can stay on the line to tune in or they can stream it online at bit.ly/BatinickTownHall.
“While I can’t host my usual events this summer in the community, I am still doing my best to virtually meet with constituents and discuss their concerns about state issues,” Batinick, R-Plainfield, said in the release. “This town hall is another opportunity for me to answer questions from residents and listen to their feedback. If we can’t have large scale gatherings, this is the next best option to be able to remotely engage with as many district residents as possible.”
Residents unable to tune into the telephone town hall can reach our to Batinick's district office with any questions or concerns at 815-254-0000. They can also visit repbatinick.com for more information.
Batinick's district includes parts of Naperville, Plainfield, Bolingbrook, Joliet and Shorewood.
